Stalking
Stalking and intimidation is when someone bothers you with repeated contact, spies on you or follows you around.

Examples of stalking and intimidation:
- Tracks where you go
- Lots of calls, texts, or messages on social media
- Coming to your home, school, or work without asking
- Uses surveillance devices on your phone
Experiencing stalking can be very distressing.
Stalking forces you to change your routine or behaviours.
It is important to remember that non-physical forms of abuse can be just as harmful as physical violence.
